My husband and I are both from the United States but decided to have a wedding in Prague as we both had some special memories there. We found Eva through our wedding venue at the Villa Richter and worked with Eva to plan our out of the country wedding for 100 people in September of 2023. Eva made sure it was the best day ever!
We had an absolutely great experience and had very little stress throughout the process. We worked with Eva primarily on Whatsapp and Zoom video calls as well as email. Her communication was great, and she was always available for everything we needed. Eva organized communication with vendors (makeup/hair, photographer, thank you gifts, flowers, DJ, etc) and everyone was exceptional and there was no stress on the wedding day itself. She also helped us communicate with the site for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Eva was exceptional, professional, and truly made all of our visions come to life.

Eva went above and beyond to make our wedding vision a reality. I have never met anyone as responsible, and detail-oriented and at the same time with such impeccable taste. There is so much detail in her work - lists and excel sheets to ensure we were on time with our tasks. On our wedding day, Eva was flawless, adapting to any issues that arose and completely relieved us of any stress. Eva was extremely pleasant to work with and we couldn’t imagine our day without her there. If we could give her more than 5 stars we wouldn't hesitate.

Eva is not only a wonderful wedding planner, but one of the best and most reliable people I've ever worked with. My wife and I both currently work abroad, so I was keen to find someone with a creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to work hand in hand with us prior to our return to the country. Eva provided all this and more, and it was a huge relief to benefit from her sense of imagination, wealth of experience, responsiveness, and calm demeanor as she made everything come together.
It is worth adding that although Eva works with plenty of clients who are traveling to Prague for a destination wedding, as someone for whom the city is a home, I appreciated the job that Eva did in planning a day that was decidedly Czech, while also helping to introduce my wife's Vietnamese family to my family's culture. The day went off as well as anyone could have wished, in a snow-blanketed chateau, and I have nothing but fond memories both for the beautiful day and for Eva's key role in it all. Děkuji, Evo!

We can not say enough wonderful things about Eva and IF-Concept Weddings. My wife and I got married last summer, and started working with Eva in 2020. During the entire process, Eva was delightful to work with and had shared vision for what we were trying to create for each other and our friends and family by throwing a destination wedding. She worked with the most incredible vendors and locations. Even our preparation trip to Prauge December 2021, 6 months before we got married, was exceptional. During the weekend of wedding events, Eva was always calm, prepared and within reach. Not a single thing went wrong, and the final details she was so creative with made everything perfect. My husband and I planned our wedding with IF Concept in 2022. We are located in Germany but wanted to have our wedding in Prague due to some special memories so we needed some support. Eva and her team were just the right choice!
We had an absolutely great experience and had no stress throughout the process, everything was well thought through.
We had weekly calls when necessary, guided every time what we need to work on coming weeks and were offered many options of locations, vendors, and different add-ons for our wedding to choose from. Eva & team organised some meetings for us where we could try food, have a look at flowers, talk to priest, DJ, etc.
We also got legal support on organising official marriage the same day at the venue, which was challenging since we're not originally from CZE and its not always possible to have an official ceremony outside of the city hall. But it was also flawless experience.
The wedding day itself was planned perfectly. Venue was beautiful, everything set up on time and looked great!
We did not have to worry about anything. We had Eva and her team working together with the location staff and all other members (DJ, Flowers, etc) and they also managed all our guests, presents and ourselves.
We also got support to organise day 2 in a local coffee place, which was a good wrap up to our weekend.
Can highly recommend working with IF concept, we have great memories of our wedding and hope our path will cross again!

We had a perfect wedding thanks to Eva and her team. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and positive energy was outstanding. WOW, that's the only word that comes to my mind when I think of our wedding. From the first meeting, planning, choosing locations, to the actual Saturday the whole process was a pleasant experience for both of us. It's amazing how quickly you sensed our "style" and everything you propose met our expectations. All our guests were delighted by the entire program and how well it was organized.
